Knee Problems
Managed to hurt my knee a little the other day, apparently twinged my lateral ligament so just got to rest it, massage it and get it back to full working order.

Hell yeh, saw the surgan today, found out i am well a head of where i should be 4/5 weeks after my opp, unfortunately still got to take it super easy bust stoked out that my recovery is going as well as it could be!
